Create space to pause & drop into the body with a 2-hour session guided by Tamrin Feldman-Laporta and Emma Mullane.
Join us for an afternoon of Holistic Healing
When is the last time you allowed yourself to slow down and rest? Truly rest!
When is the last time you allowed yourself to be fully present?
In a world that is constantly moving, it can feel radical to slow down and be still.
This afternoon is an invitation to pause & take rest.
No screens.
No rush.
No tasks.
Simply stillness and deep presence.
You are invited to arrive as you are and sink into a state of peaceful presence. Give yourself the space to drop into your body and find deep relaxation.
Experience an afternoon of nourishing practices that promote restoration and healing for your whole system from the inside out.

Light, refreshing snacks will be available throughout the session.
The heart of this event is to encourage authentic community and connection. We are intentional about bringing people together in a supportive, nourishing space. You are invited to come as you are, and we encourage you to connect and share with others in this space.
Everyone is welcome!
Our Previous Healing event
Our previous event saw 19 women gather together for an evening of healing! It was a stunning evening of softening and receiving. Emma and I left the event feeling inspired to bring more events to our local community as a space to soften, rest, and receive healing.
