Soulful Sunday Sessions

Sunday, 22 November  | 3 pm - 5 pm | Location: Kensworth Village Hall

Pause. Breathe. Recieve.

Sink into an afternoon of stillness and deep relaxation.
Create space to pause & drop into the body with a 2-hour session guided by Tamrin Feldman-Laporta and Emma Mullane.

Join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation in body, mind, and soul

When was the last time you allowed yourself to slow down and rest? Truly rest!

When was the last time you took an afternoon to pause just for yourself?

In a world that is constantly moving, slowing down and being still can feel radical.

This afternoon invites you to pause, take a deep breath, exhale, and rest deeply.

No screens.

No rush.

No tasks.

Simply stillness and deep presence.

You are invited to arrive as you are and sink into a state of peaceful presence. Give yourself the space to drop into your body and find ultimate relaxation.

Experience an afternoon of nourishing practices that promote restoration and healing for your whole system from the inside out.

Hands-on-healing

"Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry — all forms of fear are caused by too much future, and not enough presence." — Eckhart Tolle

Our Previous Events

Our previous events have welcomed a variety of people into this serene space. We have also found a home for our events in the cosy Kensworth Village Hall tucked away in the Chiltern Hills. We are immensely grateful to each person who has joined us and for the kind feedback we have received following each event.
